Who We Are
Embarkvetlink is an independent online retailer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We sell at-home pet DNA testing kits designed for dog owners who want to learn more about their pets’ breed composition, genetic health predispositions, and inherited traits. Our product range includes breed identification kits, combined breed-and-health testing kits, and kits formulated for purebred dogs — each providing owners with detailed reports they can share with their veterinarian.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to any other pet DNA testing company, brand, or organization. Embarkvetlink operates as its own independent business. We do not claim partnerships, certifications, or authorizations that we do not hold.
What We Believe
We believe pet owners deserve straightforward access to genetic information about their animals. Our aim is to make the ordering process simple, the delivery reliable, and the after-sales experience clear. We do not promise more than we can deliver. What we do promise is that every order is processed within the stated handling time, every shipment is traceable, and every return is handled according to the policy published on this site.
How We Operate
Orders ship from our Las Vegas facility. We handle customer service ourselves — when you email us, you reach our team, not an outsourced call center. We keep our policies short and specific because we believe customers should not need to decode fine print.
